This 17th century old stone cottage has recently been renovated to a comfortable cottage. Just a couple of minutes walk from the village pub called The New Inn, Beacons farm shop, village shop and post office.
Walking straight onto Llangorse Mountain, Buckland Hill, or down to the River Usk and the canal in the village of Llangynidr.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a ceramic hob, fridge, table top freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining area has a dining table and chairs and the sitting room features a large stone fireplace with an electric fire with comfortable leather sofa, chairs, TV with DVD. The original flight of very steep stone stairs (not now in use) winds up behind the fireplace. The ground floor bathroom has bath with a shower over, handbasin and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed and the second with a single bed. From both bedrooms there are lovely views down the Usk Valley towards Crickhowell and The Sugar Loaf Mountain.
